Start with the paperwork. After your intake call, you decide whether to move forward with a search.

Intake call
Meet with TAP by video to discuss your hiring needs, ask questions and explore the appropriate search package.

Engagement
If you decide to proceed, approve the search package and fees, then pay the engagement invoice.

Recruiting begins
Once TAP receives the engagement payment, we begin sourcing and evaluating candidates.

Interviewing
Interview candidates presented by TAP and share your feedback as the search progresses.

Hire
Select your candidate and coordinate the offer and start date with TAP.

After you sign, we’ll email your signed copy and a link to schedule your intake call. You’ll receive the fully executed agreement after TAP countersigns.
